For most surveys the site boundaries need to be defined by the client. Create a map as below using the polygon tool. Edit the polygon to increase its definition. Share the project and copy the project map link, paste into an email. Alternatively create similar using any mapping software. Press: <Windows Key + Shift + S> to create a screenshot and paste this into a standard email.
